DEVELOPMENT WITH LOW VERTICAL WIND SHEAR (5-10 KTS), DUAL OUTFLOW
CHANNELS, AND WARM SSTS (28-29C). GLOBAL MODELS STRONGLY AGREE IN
RAPID DEVELOPMENT OF THIS SYSTEM WITH IT MEETING WARNING CRITERIA
