AN AREA OF CONVECTION HAS PERSISTED NEAR 26.2S 153.1E,
APPROXIMATELY 65 NM NORTH OF BRISBANE, AUSTRALIA. ANIMATED
MULTISPECTRAL SATELLITE IMAGERY SHOWS A DEVELOPING LOW LEVEL
CIRCULATION CENTER (LLCC) STARTING TO TRACK OFF THE EASTERN COAST OF
AUSTRALIA INTO THE PACIFIC OCEAN. ADDITIONALLY, WEAK BANDING
FEATURES ARE BEGINNING TO WRAP ALONG THE EASTERN PERIPHERY INTO THE
SOUTHEASTERN QUADRANT. ANIMATED WATER VAPOR IMAGERY SHOWS THAT THE
CONVECTION ASSOCIATED WITH THE LLCC LACKS VERTICAL DEVELOPMENT. SEA
SURFACE TEMPERATURES OFF THE COAST ARE BETWEEN 28 AND 30 DEGREES
CELSIUS. UPPER LEVEL ANALYSIS INDICATES THE LLCC IS LOCATED UNDER AN
ANTICYCLONE IN A REGION OF LOW VERTICAL WIND SHEAR. MAXIMUM
SUSTAINED SURFACE WINDS ARE ESTIMATED AT 15 TO 20 KNOTS. MINIMUM SEA
LEVEL PRESSURE IS ESTIMATED TO BE NEAR 1006 MB. BASED ON THE LACK OF
DEEP CONVECTION AND WEAK MODEL DEVELOPMENT, THE POTENTIAL FOR THE
DEVELOPMENT OF A SIGNIFICANT TROPICAL CYCLONE WITHIN THE NEXT 24
HOURS IS LOW.
LOW~~~順便恭喜樓主搶到擾動 |
