    或許是...桑達右邊的高氣壓  勢力太強大吧.....
才會一直壓制....方向如果不便..或許侵襲機率會稍微提高喔!

還是因為副高壓很硬還沒有說退得很快
且受到菲律賓地形的影響使得路徑呈現階梯狀?
