IT THEN CONTINUED TO MOVE WEST- NORTHWESTWARDS, WEAKENED INTO A SEVERE CYCLONIC STORM AND LAY CENTERED AT 0300 UTC OF TODAY, THE 3RD NOVEMBER 2015 OVER YEMEN, NEAR LATITUDE 14.2 DEGREE NORTH AND LONGITUDE 48.4 DEGREE EAST ABOUT 100 KM SOUTHWEST OF RIYAN (YEMEN) (41443) . IT WOULD MOVE WEST-NORTHWESTWARDS AND WEAKEN FURTHER RAPIDLY INTO A CYCLONIC STORM AND SUBSEQUENTLY INTO A DEPRESSION DURING NEXT 12 HOURS. |
