The tropical storm East of Southern Mindanao is about to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) this early evening and will be named "DOMENG".
Location of Center:
(as of 4:00 p.m.) 1,020 km East of General Santos City
Coordinates:6.5°N 135.1°E
Strength:Maximum sustained winds of 65 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 80 kph.
Movement:Forecast to move West Northwest at 20 kph
