EC預測Pewa未來到西太時強度有中度以上
路徑方面似乎和太平洋高壓很有關係!

At 1100 pm HST, 0900 UTC, the center of tropical storm pewa was located near latitude 10.7 north, longitude 176.3 west. Pewa is moving toward the west-northwest near 13 mph, 20 km/h, and this general motion is expected to continue through this weekend.

Maximum sustained winds are near 50 mph, 85 km/h, with higher gusts. Additional intensification is forecast during the next couple of days, and pewa may become a typhoon in the northwest Pacific later this weekend.

Tropical storm force winds extend outward up to 45 miles, 75 km from the center.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 1002 mb, 29.59 inches.
